A plate with a thickness of 90mm has been processed into three pieces using wire cutting. The fit between the pieces is smooth, allowing for a precise "fitting." The clearance between the pieces is 8 microns (0.008mm) in width. By minimizing side remnants and bulging during the wire cutting process, we achieve a smooth sliding condition where the parts do not "bite" against each other.
